Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how Moon Sage bookings, candle orders, payments, pickup and shipping are handled. Please review them before placing an order.

An order is submitted after successful payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, booking and delivery information. Moon Sage may contact you if clarification is needed.
Every Moon Sage candle is handmade after your order is received. Because production begins specifically for your order, candle purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded because of a change of mind.
This applies to both standard and customized candle orders. Nothing here limits rights required by applicable law.
Please contact Moon Sage within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
We will review verified issues and may resolve them through a replacement, reshipment or refund. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
The date and time window selected at Checkout are preferences, not a confirmed appointment time. Moon Sage will contact you after payment to confirm the exact start time.
Online sessions use Google Meet unless otherwise arranged. Please make sure your contact email is correct.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Each booking includes one free reschedule; please contact Moon Sage directly to request a change.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.
Most candle orders are ready within 7 days. Complex or highly customized orders may require additional time.
Moon Sage will contact you if a meaningful delay is expected.
Pickup is arranged privately in Scarborough, Toronto. Exact pickup details are provided directly to the customer, and pickup has no shipping fee.
Orders are normally held for 14 days after the Ready for pickup email. Contact Moon Sage if you need to request an extension.
Shipping is currently available within Canada and the United States. In Canada, eligible candle subtotals below CAD $50 ship for CAD $5; CAD $50 or more ships free. In the United States, eligible candle subtotals below CAD $75 ship for CAD $10; CAD $75 or more ships free.
Free-shipping thresholds are based only on physical candle items and paid candle customizations. Appointment and service prices do not contribute. All amounts are in CAD.
Tracking is provided after shipment. Moon Sage generally ships through Chit Chats, and carrier transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Please contact Moon Sage if tracking shows an unusual delivery issue.
